  Smart blend, but check the serving math!

  I wanted to start taking a magnesium supplement, so I decided to give this magnesium glycinate with saffron formula a try. I like that it combines magnesium, saffron, and vitamin B12 in one capsule. Everything arrived sealed tightly, which I always appreciate. The pills themselves are standard sized, off white veggie caps that measure just over three quarters of an inch long and do not have any noticeable smell.I have only been taking it for a short time, so it is too early for me to comment on any long term benefits. So far, the capsules have been easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach. The directions state to take three daily, preferably with a meal. Keep in mind that with 60 count per bottle, this three capsule daily serving means you get a 20 day supply, which is shorter than a standard month.Also, looking closely at the supplement facts, it features a massive megadose of Vitamin B12 (41,667% Daily Value). Because B12 is widely known to support natural energy production, I choose to take my serving with breakfast or lunch rather than right before bed so it will not impact my sleep. Lastly, while the packaging notes that it is packaged and lab tested in the USA, it does not explicitly mention independent third party testing. However, given the highly budget friendly price point under ten dollars, it is still a very reasonable value for a clean, allergy free formula with no soy, gluten, or dairy. It has been easy to add to my daily routine, and I am looking forward to seeing how it works with continued use.

  Worked first day I took them

  The Horbaach Saffron + Magnesium Glycinate worked the first day I took them. I had just gone through a stressful 10 days when these arrived. I took the 3 capsules at breakfast. I felt calm and in a good mood all day long.I am not sure if these should be taken everyday or not. Currently I take them when I feel stressed. The bottle only has enough for 20 days. I wish they would have at least done a 30-45 day supply.There are only 3 ingredients-Vitamin B12, Magnesium Glycinate, and Saffron Extract. So pretty clean. Not a lot of fillers. I like that. The least amount of ingredients the better.Very satiafied other than only 20 days worth.
