FAQs
How do HotHands hand warmers work?
HotHands warmers use a safe, air-activated chemical reaction. When the contents are exposed to oxygen, an exothermic reaction occurs with the iron powder inside, generating steady and natural heat for up to 10 hours without needing external power.
Can I apply HotHands directly to my skin?
No, you should never place the warmers directly against bare skin. Always insert them inside a glove, pocket, or a layer of fabric to prevent low-temperature burns during prolonged use.
Are these hand warmers reusable?
No, HotHands hand warmers are single-use, disposable items. Once the chemical reaction inside has completed and the heat generation stops, you can discard the pack safely with your regular household waste.
