Product details
Description
The Hudson Hound Dachshund Raincoat is expertly engineered to meet the unique structural needs of long-bodied, short-legged breeds like your beloved sausage dog. Standard dog jackets often fail to offer full back coverage or fit too loosely around the torso, but this specialized jacket extends length-wise without adding unwanted width.
Crafted from a high-quality, classic yellow waterproof and windproof exterior fabric, it forms a resilient barrier against heavy downpours and chilly monsoon winds. The interior features a soft, breathable, moisture-wicking mesh lining that ensures your pet stays completely dry and comfortable during wet outdoor adventures, preventing dampness and chafing.
For a customized and secure fit, the raincoat is designed with adjustable hook-and-loop chest and belly straps alongside EasyFit elastic bands that keep the coat perfectly in place even during energetic play sessions. Pet parents will appreciate the smart harness access portal, which includes a protective weather flap to prevent rain from seeping through while allowing quick leash attachment.
This imported canine jacket ensures your pet can enjoy their daily walks regardless of the weather.
How to use
- Open the hook-and-loop fasteners on the chest and belly straps.
- Place the raincoat gently over your dog's back, aligning the neck opening correctly.
- Secure the chest strap comfortably, then wrap and fasten the belly strap for a snug fit.
- Pull the EasyFit elastic bands into position over the hind legs to keep the coat secure.
- If using a harness, pull the leash loop through the dedicated rear harness flap before stepping outside.
