Great Keto Latte!
Absorbs quite quickly in drinks when making it, and my hair and skin are a bit softer sfter a while, and knees have started to hurt less and feel better.

Excellent taste save some for me!
At the current cost of $1.30 per oz, this collagen powder is more budget friendly than most on the market, but there are some compromises to hit that lower cost point. The mixability isn't the greatest, leaving some undissolved clumps after brisk stirring in a steaming hot cup of coffee. I mix my collagen peptides in coffee, so I prefer it unflavored like this. It has extra nutrients added for a bonus, but unlike many other collagen powders it has some cholesterol and fat making it less diet and heart health friendly. All around this is a pretty nice pick for buyers on a budget. It's crafted in the USA in a FDA registered cGMP facility.
