Description
Maintaining a clean home while keeping pet birds can be a challenge, but this premium birdcage mesh net cover offers an elegant solution. Designed for bird owners who want to keep scattered seeds, food debris, and floating feathers contained, this universal seed catcher acts as a protective skirt around the base of your birdcage. Crafted from premium nylon mesh—similar to the soft gauze used in delicate bridal wear—the cover promotes optimal air circulation while allowing natural light to pass through completely.
This ensures your parakeet, finch, or parrot enjoys a bright, well-ventilated environment without feeling confined. The heavy-duty elastic bands at the top and bottom ensure a snug, slip-free fit on both round and square bird cages, preventing the guard from shifting out of place. This pack of two includes a versatile black and a classic white option, making it convenient to switch them out when one needs a wash.
The durable fabric is fully machine-washable and quick-drying, making routine pet maintenance completely hassle-free for Indian pet parents looking for imported, high-quality pet care essentials.
How to use
- Stretch the elastic band of the mesh cover over the bottom base of your birdcage.
- Position it so the skirt covers the lower portion of the cage where seeds and feathers typically scatter.
- Ensure the top and bottom elastic bands fit snugly against the cage bars to prevent shifting.
- Remove and machine wash regularly to maintain cleanliness.

FAQs
What can I cover my bird cage with?
You can use a breathable, lightweight mesh net cover specifically designed as a seed catcher for the lower half of the cage. For night usage, a breathable solid fabric cover can be used to block out light and help your bird sleep safely.
Is it good to cover your bird's cage at night?
Yes, covering the top or entire cage at night can help provide a sense of security and regulate your bird's sleep cycle by blocking light. However, during the day, a lower mesh guard like this seed catcher is preferred as it keeps the cage interior bright and well-ventilated.
How do I clean this bird cage seed catcher cover?
This nylon mesh seed catcher is designed for easy maintenance and is fully machine washable. Simply remove it from the birdcage, wash it on a gentle cycle, and let it air dry quickly before placing it back on the cage.
