  well made and easy to use

  I like this serum for exactly what it is meant to do. It is light, easy to fit into a routine, and works well right after cleansing or toning. The serum has a faint purple tint, low viscosity, and absorbs easily. It does leave some tack at first, but on my skin that mostly settles within a few minutes, leaving a smooth, lightly grabby surface that layers well under moisturizer or sunscreen.The formula makes sense for oily or blemish-prone skin. The disclosed 5% niacinamide is the real backbone here, supported by humectants, panthenol, allantoin, madecassoside, centella, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, ceramide NP, and other barrier/soothing ingredients. I would not treat this as an acne medication, but it is a very sensible daily support serum for skin that tends to get oily, congested, or marked up after breakouts.The red onion concept is more of a product narrative to take as you may. The onion extract is disclosed at 1,000 ppm (0.1%), so it is present, but I do not think it is the main reason the serum works. The physical product itself is what gives me confidence: it sits well, has not irritated my skin, layers easily, and feels thoughtfully formulated.At $21.90 for 50 ml, the value is also good. That is a generous size for a facial serum, and with Isntree as the brand and Kolmar as the manufacturer, my confidence in the quality and reliability of the formulation is high.   Just picked up this serum and first impressions are honestly pretty solid. I haven't used it yet so this is not a full skincare review, but ingredient wise it looks super promising, especially if you're dealing with post acne marks or sensitive skin. It has niacinamide, panthenol, allantoin, centella, ceramides, and multiple types of hyaluronic acid, which is basically a dream team for calming, hydrating, and helping repair the skin barrier. The onion extract sounds weird at first but apparently it's meant to help with discoloration and soothing irritation. Packaging is clean and minimal with that soft purple design that gives very classic K beauty vibes, although the box does scuff pretty easily around the edges. For $21.90, I feel like it sits in that reasonable mid range skincare category where the ingredient list makes it feel worth the price if it performs well.
