    Truly unflavored

My daughter doesn't know she's drinking protein water, so I can sneak in the extra protein she needs without her knowing.

    Wonderful alternative to protein shakes!

I ordered the Isopure Clear Protein Water w/ Electrolytes (15g of protein), UNFLAVORED & NO SWEETENER. This stuff is AMAZING. Exactly what I have been searching for for like a year. Not sure why it was difficult for me to find this variety, but I didn't want fizzy or flavored or sweetened. There is a stinky smell each time you open the water (exactly like if you drank milk straight out of the container each time), but also like milk, it doesn't taste like it. So I just don't engage my nose when taking a chug. I don't notice much consistency difference between this and water. I get why people say it's thicker, but if someone gave me this and there wasn't an initial scent, I don't think I'd notice except that it leaves a sense of foamy-ness in my mouth afterwards. Nothing a chaser of water or juice can't fix. If it ends up being annoying, I think this would be easy to remedy with a splash of juice. I tried a squeeze of lime and it turned milky in color! It was visually unappealing so I just diluted it more with a pink dragonfruit blend that didn't contain citric acid and it ended up a pleasant pink color and I could go back to drinking it. People either love it or hate it, per comments. Some say it tastes bad. To me, this has to do with the sodium it has in it. [Side note: It claims it contains electrolytes (plural) but only lists Sodium Citrate as the third and last ingredient]. When I take trace mineral drops, sometimes I don't like it. I think this could mean my body is needing them more, so I'm tasting them more, or I don't need more and my body lets me know by rejecting the flavor of it?.. If you're tired of reading ingredients to figure out which sweetener your protein drink contains, or if it'll be fizzy, or still, or gritty or thick chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry, look no further. Give it a try, it's totally worth it imo. Saved my life because I currently have an issue with food digestion (red meat being a big one) and nutrient absorption, so this will be easy for me to sip on one or two a day and add to my current regimen.
