FAQs
Link 370 Teams vs UC: what's the real difference in practice?
The Microsoft Teams variant is specifically certified and configured to support native features inside the Teams application, including instant notifications and remote call control buttons. The UC variant is optimized for standard unified communications platforms like Zoom and Cisco Webex without the dedicated Teams application shortcuts.
Can Jabra 370 Bluetooth dongle work with other devices?
It is engineered to work universally with laptops and desktop computers via a standard USB interface to bridge connections to audio units. While it pairs seamlessly with enterprise-grade office headsets like the Evolve series, it is not recommended for standard consumer true-wireless earbuds.
Does this adapter require external drivers to function?
No, it functions as a plug-and-play device that integrates with your computer automatically. However, downloading the official Jabra Direct software is highly recommended to easily manage device pairing, firmware updates, and advanced audio settings.
