  Try it! It has helped being active,

  This is Jarrow Formulas Alpha GPC says to take capsule 1 to 2 times daily I just take one a day! Sometimes get depressed and don't want to do anything so I think it has helped me getting active doing stuff like washing and drying clothes, put things in dishwasher, taking out and storing from dishwasher things like that but, I somewhat feel still hard to concentrate Now I'd lie to let know this is not like medication given from psychiatrist It is Only a Supporting Brain function dietary supplement, Only dietary supplement! 1 capsule 300 mg and I take everyday fish oil caps with it I don't want to mean that I prefer another brand than this brand but feel that the Naturbelle Alpha GPC has worked better on me, But whoever reads this review I just want let them know to this brand see how you feel and try the other and take note which one was better for you!

  If you're taking nootropics, this is a must

  I'll keep this brief: if you're currently or contemplating taking nootropics (piracetam, aniracetam), then taking a choline supplement is a must if you're choline sensitive. Basically, these nootropics devour choline in the brain in order to work, and a good majority of the people can't replace their brain's supply of choline quickly enough.I started taking aniracetam without a choline supplement, and everything was fine for a few days. All of the sudden, I would get a terrible headache in the evening (I never get headaches). I wanted to see if it was due to a dearth of choline, so I ate some eggs with the yolks, and the headache vanished after a few hours. The next day I ran to GNC and bought their choline bitartrate supplement. It dampened the oncoming headache, but I still didn't feel great. This pattern repeated itself for a few more days. I was also panicky.I did some more research, and people who ingest nootropics HIGHLY recommended taking Alpha GPC in conjunction with one of the -racetams. I was sick of the headaches, so I figured what the heck, I'll try it. Between this product and a competitor's was nary a price difference, but since I've consumed Jarrow products before and know they're high quality, I decided to go with Jarrow.I IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference when taking this product with aniracetam. My concentration greatly improved, and I would sit down and work for an hour without even thinking about it. The concentration effect lasts for 4-6 hours. I was also a little panicky before on 750mg of aniracetam, but anxiety is now suppressed.But best of all, no more headaches. In short, get this product if you desire to dabble with any of the -racetams and are choline sensitive. To find out if you're sensitive, start consuming one of the -racetams, and if you get a headache within the first few weeks, then you'll know.

  Wish I came across this in high school

  I was diagnosed with ADHD in high school (~junior year: 2007) and could never follow anything the teacher said, pretty much ever. I was prescribed Adderall but it made me feel like a zombie, so I refused to touch it. I could have really used this then. It not only lets me concentrate, but it also gives me motivation, basically fuel for life. I take very little; one capsule would last me about 2 weeks (if it doesn't dry up and turn to mush sitting on my desk), but I notice strong effects by the next day. Any more than just a little and I'm too wired to sleep that night, but boy do I get stuff done. I'm still playing with the dosing, but I only need a little every few days, and find that a few days off at the end of the week are necessary to reduce the tolerance. I'm also playing with this for when I take an anticholinergic (Doxylamine) for sleep, as I feel it replenishes the catecholemine supply, and I don't feel groggy the next day.

  It does the job.

  It works!!! Your mood will change. You will start and finish most unfinished goals. It will keep you engaged doing what you ought to do. The only thing is you wont realise it when you are on it. Going to stack it with something new. But this works. You will see the difference in twenty mins. Try it. Wont regret it. Seller is good. Will definitely buy again.
