  100% effective for me.

  I have gone through 4 bottles of this, this being my 5th now. Without it, my joints/bones crack constantly all day and I experience pain in them constantly. I have tried to find supplements that are effective naturally for many, many years before finally stumbling across Bone Up. I've been taking supplements for 15+ years and I know the process you have to go through to find out if something you are taking is actually benefiting your health can be grueling. This is one of the rare ones, after hundreds of failures, that have actually worked. But, you need to understand that everyone is different and what works for someone might not work for someone else. It's all trial and error. It gets expensive but health wise for me, it's been worth it. If you are skeptical, all you can do is try. Keep in mind that supplements also don't work right away for some. It can take months, so you have to be patient no matter how frustrating it can be. I have trusted Jarrow for a long time and I haven't been disappointed with anything that I've purchased from them in the 6 plus years since I discovered them for myself.Also, before finding Bone Up, my nails wouldn't grow at all for a number of years. I had no idea why because they used to. I didn't intend to get Bone Up for that reason but my nails grow like crazy now and are hard and strong as well. All the ingredients in this work together with each other to help each other work most efficiently in the body. I have tried just straight, cheap calcium supplements before and did not have any nail growth. This combo and the quality of the ingredients are top tier.

  The vitamins incorporate in this product work well to keep me healthy at 84.

  Easy to swallow and does not leave a bad taste in your mouth. The added vitamins keep my nails and hair healthy. I walk my dog 1.5 to 2 miles a day. Live alone and take care of myself. Good healthy diet and vitamins.

  I purchased this product for myself. It is a great product. It is rich with a Type I collagen , a protein found in bone. It combined with vitamin D3, K2(MK-7). My knee pain has gone way. I am able to go for walk every day without pain. You will not be disappointed. Worked very well for me, I hope it will work well for you. This is my own opnion, I am not getting discounted or free product.

  Suddenly Stopped Leg Cramps in Middle of Night

  For the first time in my 73 years of life, I abruptly started having extremely painful leg cramps in the middle of the night - every night without fail for six painful weeks. Little did I know I had the solution right on my shelf - an unopened bottle of Bone-Up. I even went to my doctor and while I had been taking magnesium supplements, I had stopped taking calcium supplements because I ran out of them and simply forgot to buy any more of them. My blood test showed magnesium was almost at the very maximum of normal and calcium was also within normal limits. But apparently, that wasn't good enough, because, within two days of taking calcium supplements, the leg cramps went away completely. My doctor said to take calcium and magnesium together in the evenings. Well, if I had read the label on these Bone-Up supplements, I would have realized they contain both calcium (100%) and magnesium (130%) in addition to a group of bone building ingredients. But there was a reason I hesitated to open the bottle and that was the large size of the capsules. My greatest concern when receiving supplements is whether or not I can even swallow them. I had major neck surgery to fuse 5 of my 8 neck vertebras together with ten metal screws to a metal plate because some maniac hit me broadside at 50 miles per hour in a modified 1960s steel car driving the wrong way in a mall parking lot - never saw him again. I suffered for 12 long years before getting major neck surgery. By then, my bones were a jumbled up mess and the surgeon had to literally use a jack to stretch my neck an extra inch to fit all my vertebras back together the way they once were. In doing so, he removed a lot of the clearance in the back of mouth entering my throat - plus doubled my pain. I can no longer swallow horse pill sized fish oil capsules, for example. So with great hesitancy, I swallowed a Bone-Up capsule and it went down, but not easily. My ENT doctor showed me how to do it. Bend my neck down and look the opposite direction of which side I want the huge tablet to go down. It actually does help a lot. I have been able to swallow these Bone-Up capsules for a week now, but I admit it's still a challenge and scary when it gets stuck. Why can't they make half size tablets so people can swallow two tablets easily? They would even sell more. I photographed a Bone-Up capsule in the middle of a 325 mg aspirin and a 500 mg acetaminophen tablet with a ruler in the background for an exact measurement. And I photographed the label of ingredients on the backside of the bottle. Normally, no supplement maker ever provides this critical information - most especially if the pills are big. I do not understand why they can't use half sized capsules that would allow most any person to swallow them - probably costs an extra penny per bottle. I wish supplement makers would read how many times people ask for the size of their supplements and actually do something about it. They would sell so much more products if they advertised the pills or capsules are small. Take two of them - much better than not being able to swallow them at all. When we get older, our digestive system just doesn't work as well as it did when we were younger. When we are young and eat a reasonable diet, we probably don't need any supplements of any kind unless you have some particular problem that prevents absorption of some vitamins or minerals. I've been taking a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals since I became 50 years old and my blood tests are always normal - even now. But then what is normal as you age? Is normal still the same as when you were young? Normal calcium in my very recent blood tests apparently isn't good enough to prevent leg cramps I never had in my entire life. Apparently, there must be a new threshold of calcium I need. And it seems to mean I need the high end of normal. I'm not out in the sun so much anymore, so I need the Vitamin D3 (250%) as well. So I switched to Bone-Up and the leg cramps stopped in two days - completely stopped after weeks of trying other supplements. I was even having arm and finger cramps while watching a movie. I never had leg cramps during the day - always right in the middle of my sleep. There is copper in this formulation, but it is at the 50% level of the daily recommended value. Copper is toxic at high levels. You're probably okay with this amount, but take a look at your other supplements to make sure they don't contain copper, also.
