  Great supplement for my joints!

  I'm a active healthy female in my early 30s and I don't have major joint problems. But I workout regularly, I enjoy long hikes and runs. My knees started to `feel it` and I purchased this Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM supplement to see if it can help my joints. The effects of this supplement needed 7-10 days to really kick-in, but it works for me! The main benefit is an overall joint comfort; I don't feel my knees hurt after a run or a leg day (with weights involved). I get less stiffness, less knee `popping` and more flexibility; I feel my workouts have been improved. I have to continuously use this supplement to see results; once I stop the treatment, I can definitely feel it. The `Vitamin C` is just an added bonus, as this vitamin is always great to supplement during the day to sustain the body. The pills are `regular` size, I have no issues with them. I always take them with food and I didn't noticed any reflux, bad breath or stomach issues. I got the 240 capsules tube which is huge and will last me a long time. I personally started the dosage with 3 pills per day, but I cut down to 2 per day when I'm not doing strenuous activities; I'm a small female and I do need less dosage; I also spread the dosage through the day, taking just one pill at the time. I think that with this kind of supplement you need to find the dosage that works for your body weight and health concerns.

  Truly helping my Dog's Arthritis in Joints

  I utilize this faithfully 2x day (5 pills am/pm) for my 14 year old dog's painful arthritis. The vet was shocked at how decent my worn girl appeared at my appt after 6 weeks. I couldn't be more happy with the success! My dog seems to be cured of lyme. The holistic vet lives in Maine and grows herbs w/out chems. My sweetie has a lymphoma on top of lyme. She will help you w products if u call/email. Just so thoughtful to add more toxins to an all ready sick dog. I am 6 weeks into my battle w the lymphoma but these PLUS RAMACKERS NUTRITION has built up my dog's ability to fight everything. I came across all my ingredients I need with a company called Sustenance Herbs.com. My other company I employ is Green Gorilla for CBD oil for dog's supplements. They work to eliminate her pain. Her arthritis was severe and after a month, it is slowly easing up. I am fighting quite the battle with herbs. I take all these supplements, too and they eliminate my pain. All these supplements are spotless/safe! I rub cashew butter or organic peanut butter all over my pills and my dog takes them without issues. I also use Gaia Herbs Tumeric and Pure Mountain Botanicals Ginger Supplements for pain2x day (2 pills of each am/pm). The vet desired to give my dog some junk which was costly and wanted liver scans. For the Lyme I utilized Professional Formulas Lyme Nosode Drops. I also have a holistic vet helping.

  A little miracle - has stopped the pain! Stop

  Serving size is four capsules to get the full benefit, and they are fairly large. I take them separately in the morning, most days, and have done this for a few decades. I also do neck-stretching and strengthening exercises, and swing kettlebells to strengthen my "posterior chain" - a shout out to my sweetie, who got me started on kettlebells 4 years ago when my low behind bothered me so much I couldn't walk more than half a block before needing to stop and bend over a scarce times. My chiropractor all those ages ago said he didn't know why I wasn't in constant, unremitting pain.Regular chiropractic is part of the answer, but I swear by these pills. When I do this consistently I have very little joint pain, which seems remarkable, since I am 86 years old and have severe lumbar stenosis and numerous collapsed disks in my neck (2 as of 40 years ago, and 4 currently). No more!!I have not wanted any surgery on my neck or rear in all this time - a tiny miracle, I'm thinking.
