    My nails are no longer thin and breaking off.

    I can definitely see and feel the difference with these supplements. These are my nails after 1 week. (The lighting is different in both pics) the bottom right is my nails on the first day and the top two are my nails currently. Not only are they growing but they are noticeably stronger. My nails always broke off easily and were very thin but now they feel much stronger.

    Energy !!

    I use this everyday without food. No bad side effects like other vitamins that make you sick without eating, so they are great if you are like me in a hurry all the time. I take these with Folate vitamins and the energy has changed my life. I don't get as tired during a workout or a long days work with a 6 month old. The taste is great and you don't have to take with water they dissolve in your mouth.
