    Skin biting solved!!!!!

    Wow!! I've been fighting dermatillomania (skin biting) for over 25 years. And what an embarrassing problem. Nothing worked until now. After about two weeks the urge to bite was waning. After about a month, no urge to bite at all. The skin on my fingers and hands is completely healed for the first time since I started this horrible habit. If you look at the photo, you'll see all the pink healed skin, especially on my thumb and along the inside of my index finger, which were always red and bloodied. Look it up, people. If you're fighting skin biting or hair pulling or skin picking, the research on NAC is very promising. That's why I bought this. Now I can add my own anecdotal evidence to the pile. This stuff works. One in the morning, one at night. Problem completely solved. My personal doctor is blown away. Gave me the green light to use it and keep using it. Always check with your doctor before taking anything, even if it doesn't require a prescription.
