  Nutritional approach. Good to stack with other stimulatory nootropics.

  This is a good product. Unlike a lot of the mainstream nootropics that are loaded with a bunch of B vitamins and some stimulants like caffeine, this product is loaded with a nutritional approach to improving your cognitive performance. A lot of the common nootropics have a bunch of caffeine and B vitamins in them because that's what sells. An instant feeling of being jolted with energy thinking that your cognitive performance is improving. Which it does to a degree, but not like it can overtime with a solid nutritional approach like this Jarrow Forumla offers. Stimulant loaded brain supplements sell well. That's why the more common Nootropic options have caffeine. But if you're already taking some form of caffeine, and you don't want to double up on it, this is a good option.Or you can stack this with one of the nootropics I am talking about. Because they typically underdose the accompanying ingredients that are coupled with their high dose of caffeine and B vitamins.I take creatine and fish oil too. Those are solid pairings with this product….Now get out there and start your stack! No more brain farts for you!

  Excellent Piece

  I am 82 yrs old and I started taking these when I was about 78 yrs old. It made me clear headed and maximized my quick reflex in every way. I just took a mind test and my IQ is 120 ( wish it was higher). I work now being a substitute teacher, go to the gym ; walk and exercise. I take care of my skin. I get by posing as someone in her early 60's! So, I am happy with everything Incan purchase at Dropy to improve my life!!!!

  Helped with my ADHD! =)

  I recently went off my ADHD medication due to insurance issues and was seriously suffering. It's easy to forget how much ADHD affects you when you have been medicated for so long. I honestly felt like it was ruining my life. Everything was so much harder for me and I couldn't focus to save my life...I am pretty high on the ADHD spectrum. I am happy that me feeling desperate led me to this product because it has been helping A LOT. I was hoping it would give me a little boost to help somewhat lessen the effects and I was pleasantly surprised that it has significantly decreased the symptoms of my ADHD.I assumed there would be a 'loading period' before I would begin to notice any effects, but I felt them the first day. I only took 2 supplements at first and good thing because I actually felt pretty wired. Now I take two in the morning and two in the afternoon. I am really hoping that I can just continue taking the supplements while pairing it with new techniques to help manage my ADHD. It would be amazing to eliminate the need for medication.While everyone is different and has different needs, I feel this product is definitely worth trying.

  Perfect combination of ingredients, no caffeine!

  The ingredients are spot on! I have taken most of these as separate..cdp choline, PS, alcar, etc for a long time. Each have had positive effects and have a lot of research backing the positive effects. Many double blind studies to back up their claims. Especially alcar, cdp choline & PS. . l-glutamine is hit or miss with me - it can produce more glutamate if you don't get enough B6 to convert to gaba & it's hard to explain. I take this in the morning with L-tyrosine (raw construct for dopamine), DHA, & a B-right supplement that contains the methyl form of B12 & folate. Very important..B6 is also crucial for the synthesis of dopamine as well as antioxidants. I really do agree with all of the chosen ingredients. cdp choline is preferred by me over alpha choline b/c of the 20 years double blind research. I can't say enough about alpha lipoc acid..it's a powerhouse antioxidant. ALCAR will stimulate the brain and act as an antioxidant. It crosses the blood brain barrier unlike it's non aceytlized version l-carnitine. PS has so much research on how it helps protect neurons, etc..I haven't found a better combination - This saves me a bit of money with combining everything I took as separate. It recommends 4 capsules for the full dosage..I feel I only need 2 - take this in the morning b/c you could get hit with insomnia otherwise. These are brain stimulating ingredients & I'm a slow metapolizer (thanks 23 & me) - Again, so glad it does not have caffeine.
