  Aids NMN Absorption, Good Longevity Supplement

  I've been taking this for almost a year now to support the oral NMN supplement I take daily. I take it with a quercetin and bromelain supplement. Together, these three support the bioavailability of the NMN, which is a precursor to NAD. NMN is generally better to take than NAD because it has superior bioavailability and is therefore more easily absorbed into cells. I always think it's a sad waste of money when people do those NAD injections, because so much of it just doesn't get absorbed. Pterostilbene in tandem with NMN is a good daily combo.

  Pterostilbene, a good product to try

  I've always been very skeptical of vitamins or other products not prescribed by my doctor but today, I am writing this review in all honesty to help others like I was helped with various reviews. I don't represent Pterostilbene makers nor Jarrow company. I took Pterostilbene over a month almost finish the bottle and order a new one why? I have acid reflux condition and since I am taking a daily pill, I noticed an improvement in my stomach and my daily pain is becoming less and less; I have more energy and the most noticeable thing is my skin not sure how this formula worked on it but it became softer even my family has noticed it. I just feel much better and less tense and stressed. I hope it will help others like it did to me. I will continue to take it and update after the second bottle so stay tuned.

  feelable effects, but maybe check out resveratrol+pterostilbene

  I was brought to this supplement by the hype around the supplement Elysium. This (plus whatever version of Chromadex NR you choose) is quite a bit cheaper than Elysium. I added pterostilbine by itself for a few days, and I had a slight dizziness effect -- nothing problematic, just providing feedback for others. A couple of weeks later, I had my blood pressure tested at a doctor's visit, and it was lower than the ostensible healthy baseline of 120/80 and lower than my previous visit, so anecdotally it does have some effect on lowering blood pressure. I didn't have dizziness after those first few days, so perhaps my body was reequilibrating to a lower blood pressure. Some users have trouble sleeping after taking pterostilbene, so morning / mid-aternoon dosing would be recommended.Jarrow is a great company and this is a great price. I did want to point out that you can find resveratrol + pterostilbene combo supplements for not much more, including the NOW brand on this site. If you are also taking resveratrol, or feel that it would have additive health effects, you might check out those combo supplements.
