    Can't remember where I read this, but...

    A few years ago I read somewhere that CoQ10, which is best known for its heart benefits, was also really good at stopping gums from bleeding. About six months after I started taking these once a day, I went in for my usual semi-annual appointment and lecture from my periodontist, who for the first time in my history with him, didn't have any bad news for me. He was amazed at how good my gums looked...so much so that he started taking CoQ10 himself. Whether he still does, I can't say, as I've not had to make a periodontist appointment for at least two or three years now. Thanks to CoQ10.

    Quality, its efficacy

    It's Jarrow Formulas Ubiquinol QH 100 MG absorb Dietary Supplement, 60 softgels. I've been taking it for a month and noticed that it actually helped lowering my hypertension under control. I am so pleased that I referred it to one of my neighbors. FYI. The softgel is a TINY bit big to swallow.
