    Wow! Improved Health, Energy and Memory!

    Jarrow Formulas QH plus PQQ is a revolutionary blend of active Co-Q-10 and PQQ that should become part of every health conscious person's diet. The pills are a little large, but are smooth and fairly easy to swallow. There is no unpleasant odor or aftertaste, and most importantly no gluten, no common allergens, no inflammatories, and no non-vegetarian ingredients.After discovering that I could not fit into one of my suits this summer I embarked on the low carb high fat diet and lost 15 pounds in a matter of weeks. Reading further about health and nutrition I transitioned to the Paleo Diet which promised amazing health benefits. For a considerable boost to my health, I found that Paleo experts recommended a combination of Co-Q-10 and PQQ and at first it was difficult to come by.Then I discovered Jarrow Formulas QH plus PQQ. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks and I have not felt this good in years. I have energy that has eluded me for a long time. My alertness and memory have also improved incrementally. It may be that I will plateau at some point, but for the time being this formula in combination with a low carb high fat version of the Paleo Diet has been amazing. It has really worked for me. I recommend it to everyone.

    A staple in my routine

    Not sure what to say about these because it's more that I notice a little difference only if I DON'T take it. Nothing that I notice "happens" when I take it. But that is true of all of the many supplements I take every single day as an athlete. Jarrow is a brand I trust and use for some other things, so I picked this to add to my regimen about 6 months ago, I guess. All I know is that I am middle aged, am def getting older, but I feel great. Tight and right and haven't lost a fight. (knock on wood). Still boxing. Still running. Lifting heavy things for no reason. I am ordering more today. I take one twice a day.
