    Jarrow makes high quality supplements

    My family currently takes several Jarrow supplements and always consider them to be top quality. We have been taking CoQ10 for years, but only 100mgs. My husband takes Crestor so his Cardiologist recommended he take CoQ10 along with his Crestor. Supposedly the Crestor lowers your natural CoQ10, so if you take a statin drug, it's best to take a CoQ10 supplement. For me, this capsule size is too large (picture below), but my husband has no trouble taking it. Jarrow is a really great brand of quality products that I trust.

    One of the most trustworthy brands; my choice for CoQ10

    It's difficult to review vitamins because it's hard to know for sure what works and what doesn't, and especially difficult because so many vitamins do not contain the ingredients they claim to have on their labels. It's a huge problem and the FDA really needs to get on top of this problem.Saying that, I have done some research into this and Jarrows is one of the few brands I can wholly recommend as being honest and I have been taking this brand of CoQ10 for a long time.My friend was a Dean of Chemistry for our local university and was very critical about most vitamins. Even so, he highly touted CoQ10 as the one supplement he felt we all should take. I have also talked to numerous nutritionists and dieticians who have said that it's an important supplement and they recommended this one in particular.So I wholehearted recommend these. I take one pill in the morning; it's a large pill but it's easy to take - it's coated and goes down easy.Recommended.

    Amazing!

    I bought it for my heart issues. My tachycardia improved although I've been taking the whole cocktail of other supplements. However, what was absolutely amazing and remarkable about this product was that my endurance improved dramatically. This was a HUGE surprise because I didn't notice it until I resumed my exercise routine. I know at which point in my exercise routine my muscles usually say "enough". After about a month of taking Ubiquinol I noticed that I could exercise 2-3 times as long without my muscles getting fatigued and without me hyperventilating. This was miraculous. I was truly astonished. I must say for the truth sake that after I ran out of pills my endurance slightly dropped which shows that the results are not sustainable. I am now considering taking pyrroloquinoline quinone or PQQ and see how that works.

    Fantastic supplement!

    I have taken this specific supplement for the last 14 years. I started on 100 mg, but for many years now have been taking a 200 mg per day. I have type 1 Diabetes and Coronary artery disease. I had a 95% occluded LAD when I was 46 years old. My family has a history of early cardiac disease and with type 1 diabetes at only age 27, my chances to not have heart disease were slim and none. I got that vessel stented 14 years ago and began this supplement then on the recommendation of my cardiologist. I saw him last month and he said my cardiac function has improved and to be 60 years old with a 14 year old stent is unheard of. He told me to keep doing what I'm doing. I exercise, but not excessively, mostly walk or use an elliptical, no more than 30 min a day 5 days a week, but here I am. I won't change a thing and believe that this has helped make a difference in my health.
