    L-theanine is God sent!!

    I have both ADHD and anxiety. I'm not having to do plenty of of my breathing exercises lately. I've known for a long time that B vitamins have a positive impact on anxiety, but it just never really did the job that nicely for me personally. Yikes! I don't mind it - in fact, I kind of look forward to it. Yay!Second, they came quickly. So he has literally no idea whatsoever that he's been taking a supplement that's supposed to help his brain work better.So it's decent stuff and it operates.On to the supplement itself: it's a small pill and chewable. So I placed an order for both on Dropy (this is the folinic acid I acquired:Source Naturals MegaFolinic, 800 Mcg 120 Tablets).First of all, they were surprisingly affordable supplements. Way, way better.I put my husband on it at the same time, and lately he's been saying, "I'm genuinely handling this a lot superior than normally." Maybe you're thinking this might be a psychosomatic response. But here's the thing: my hubby has no idea about the supplements I feed him in the morning. Exceedingly endorse.
