    Very Helpful Blood Sugar Control

    A1C level went down a tenth of a decimal point. I am around 5.7 and I work on my low carb choices every day.I am prediabetic and I tested at 108 on the blood test the doctor gave me. I would like for my sugar to be lower.However, it could be worse.I cut out a lot of sugars, treats and junk food. Remember, Bitter Melon is used in Asian culture to address diabetesand sugar levels. I was told this at two Asian food stores in town. It's important that we learn from one another.I have never been on insulin or Metmorfin. I just want to keep my control natural.

    It was 97 and I was pretty happy but wondered if it was a fluke

    I've been concerned about my fasting blood glucose lately as it has been over 100. I took 7 readings over a month before using this product and the average was about 107. I started taking two pills a day of this and took my first fasting blood glucose reading after 2 days of taking the pill. It was 97 and I was pretty happy but wondered if it was a fluke. Since then I have taken my fasting blood glucose every day for 10 more days and the average is 94.3! I still can't believe a product like this could have this effect.

    It is working well for my husband.
