Little Shipment with Big Sound
A solid choice for a travel radio. It is extremely intuitive radio to operate (invariably a fine thing 😊). Having said that, nothing is perfect. It comes with a fair travel pouch, an exceptional user's manual, which is often not the case with radios today. Nevertheless, what the Skywave gives in return is outstanding battery life using ubiquitous AA batteries, which is what sold me on this radio. This is something that most radios do adequately and it's inexplicable for a radio at this value point. All in all, I am happy with this radio. For example, the middle key has a petite dimple on it so that you can locate it by feel (not unlike the f an j keys on a keyboard). The backlight is extremely uneven and makes it demanding to read the under some lighting conditions. Superb band coverage with fine sensitivity across the board. It has solid build grade an includes agreeable touches. While the contrast on the display is decent with the backlight off, that is not invariably the case when it is on. The speaker sound grade is acceptable, but is outmatched by many radios of the same size. The sound quality on headphones is great.

The Jazmm 213 has a great speaker
This radio it as small as it appears in product photos. It's definitely one that fits in a pocket. Despite its small size, the speaker is outstanding in clarity and even has some bass. It will fill a room. I think it's an excellent choice for a music player or Bluetooth speaker. It's also a weather radio for North America with weather alerts.FM performance is decent. For shortwave use one should consider clipping on an external antenna of 20 feet or more. I would not recommend this radio for AM/MW listening; it has some internal noise at the top end of the band and it doesn't receive much -- perhaps it would be usable in a city with nearby stations, and of course at night.I found the user manual literate and informative. I give it an A grade.Oh, and it has a flashlight. Always welcome.I think this is a good radio for the price. With the weather band and flashlight features, it might be a radio to take camping. Other Dropy reviewers say they get 10 hours play time from a charge, which is pretty good. You can't change batteries, but you could take along a power bank, or a large solar panel. Volume is good for outdoors and the radio seems sturdy- nothing sticking out to break off. The display is easy to read.My 5-star rating takes into account the bargain price.

Good sensitivity for a little AM/FM radio - Highly good sound
This is a pleasant, low cost little radio that supports AM, FM, and short wave frequencies. I also appreciate that it has a flashlight function and a switch to select between power sources. The FM and AM reception is truly fine and the sound quality is adequate considering the size of the radio. Nevertheless, there is no internal battery which is ok with me so I don't have to worry about keeping it charged. I am pleased with that it can be powered by two AA batteries or you can use a USB C power source. My only negative is that I wasn't able to pick up many sw stations but that could be because of the time of day.
