When it comes to eye makeup..i can be picky..but i found this liner at a store and then bought on Dropy. Not spendy at all..it glides on so smooth and stays put. When it is time for me to take it off..i can just peel it off. It is waterproof and the quality is awesome! Easy to remove as well and it makes your eyes "pop"!
