(NOTE: In this photo, I am only wearing the Julep Color Correcting Stick, no concealer. Once I apply concealer over this, I'd say my eyebags and circles are about 85% disguised. The color corrector is a bit shiny here, because it had not completely dried down at the time of taking the photo, but it does dry down fairly matte, so this more satin finish is essentially temporary.)I have pretty insane undereye circles, thanks to unlucky genetics and year-round horrid allergies. As a result, I've tried quite a few color correcting products like this one over the years, from a wide range of price brackets - $40, $20, $6. This one lands kinda in the middle - not the cheapest I've used, but definitely still within the realm of drugstore prices. For years, my favorite color corrector has been one I buy for around $7 from Catrice. That one has always blown my mind, since I personally find the coverage superior to the popular luxury options I've tried over the years. I do still like Catrice's product, but this is my new 2nd favorite. The coverage is not as strong, it doesn't COMPLETELY disguise my circles... but it does pretty dang well, in my opinion, and unlike my "holy grail" Catrice, this one doesn't crease or fade throughout the day whatsoever. Once it's down and set, it stays there. That's where I think this product really shines!I am someone who tends to crinkle their eyes a lot when they speak, smile, laugh, so this is the only color corrector I've found that truly locks in and doesn't budge. It also doesn't fade, my undereyes stay equally covered from morning to evening, whereas I find other products I've used tend to have somewhat faded or worn down by the end of a workday - when I get home, I definitely have some circles peeking through with other brands.I think this product is actually really, really good. It definitely exceeded my expectations, and it may become my new holy grail with time - currently, I'm really torn between this one and the Catrice I typically use. This one is slightly less lightweight, and very slightly less blendable (it still blends well, but it dries down more quickly, so you have to work faster), but it's still pretty dang easy to work with, and I can't argue with its longevity. It truly lasts all day!

Love this! I tend to have subtle blue circles under my eyes always, and this really helps. What I especially like is that this blends really well. I have a few wrinkles that make it important for me to minimize undereye makeup to avoid creasing, and I'm actually able to wear this without concealer over it even though my skin is light and cool toned. I also didn't notice any scent.
I'm really happy with the Julep Bright Intentions Under Eye Color Corrector Stick. I chose the Papaya shade, and the color is a great fit for me, it helps neutralize dark circles without looking too pink or obvious. The formula is smooth and glides on easily, making it simple to apply without tugging at the delicate under-eye area. It provides nice coverage and does a great job evening out discoloration while still looking natural. I also appreciate that the scent is very light and pleasant, barely noticeable and not overpowering at all. Overall, it's an easy, effective product that fits perfectly into my everyday makeup routine. A solid go-to for brighter, more refreshed under eyes.

For cool-toned dark circles showing blue or purple hues, a yellow color corrector like this Banana shade is ideal. If dark circles are deeply dark, brown, or green-toned, peach or orange correctors work best.
Yellow correctors excel at neutralizing purple and dark blue shadow zones under the eyes, making them excellent for brightening. Pink correctors are generally preferred for brightening dullness on very fair skin tones.
