    I use this anytime I wear eye makeup. I do use a primer (Elf) under this product, and with the two items, my eyeshadow stays all day with out sliding off due to skin oils.It's a lovely texture, goes on really easy, stays where you put it, and the colors are great. I actually own 5 different colors and I love them all.
