The best eyeliner I have tried in a long time.
I have been looking for a good gel eyeliner formula to love for a while. And especially one that is not a luxury brand because that is not in my current budget. One of my favorite influencers used to use a dark brown shade from Julep in almost every video a few years ago so this been on my buy list for a while and when I saw it on sale, I had to buy it. Though it isn't a dupe shimmery feel and can be used lightly for a more subtle effect or heavily blended out with eyeshadow for drama. In the pic, I blended out most of it. The creamy formula applies opaque and is so impressive, and I definitely plan on buying more shades the next time I see them. There are so many shades, I think I will start with brown and black and go from there. This formula glides on so easily and once it dries, it doesn't move. I honestly think the price is great on its own If you need a gel eyeliner, you have to try this one. It is just as good as any luxury brand. And I am so annoyed with myself for waiting so long.

Soft, So Easy to Use, Gorgeous Color! Wow!
This pencil arrives really nicely boxed. Pop this out, recycle that box, and give it a try! Here is where I was surprised: this applies sooooo easily! Just touch it to your skin and it's already depositing color! You know those pencils where you just go over the same area again and again? Not here! One concentrated sweep and you can set that pencil down! Love it! And I love the deep, beautiful color. Not your everyday black liner! This is a deep eggplant which beautifully complements brown and hazel eyes. This does need to be hand sharpened, but that's a small price to pay for such a lovely, long-lasting liner! I am such a fan! Very highly recommended!
