Ammonia free with fantastic gray coverage
Despite this being 'just for men' I'm a woman and I use it because I find it has better gray coverage than the hair dyes marketed towards women! The dye really is permanent and stays even on resistant grays, so you just have to keep up with touching up the roots because you will have a noticeable regrowth line. I do find it to come out much darker than the photo, especially if you're not quick to apply it and rinse it out. So maybe experiment with leaving it in a shorter amount of time.

Not too red. Very nice.
I have used just for men in the past and find it very easy to use. My only complaint has been that it doesn't really take much of the gray out of my hair. It does take some out however, I still wind up with a bit of a gray. More gray than I want. So I decided to try the red brown and I have to admit that it did make it darker and it to take out more gray than the medium or dark brown. I find it very easy to use l. when I applied on my head was super red and I was a bit frightened but after I washed it out, it turned into a really nice color that was not to read and mostly just darker. I really like my results.
