It does the thing!
I never leave reviews, but I treasure this product! Quick tip as well: I couldn't find the AC cord at first and almost returned it, but they pack the cord in the battery socket! They include both an AC power cord and a battery for you… and the little paper they pack has a dedicated email for you to contact them at! I'm so happy about this purchase!!

Removed AM from all bands on my Xiegu G90
Amazing radio, particularly considering the price! Very vivid sound across all the different bands. Has the option to run on regular batteries, a very convenient backup since I keep those in my pack as well. Reception with included antenna was better than thought, and with a 20ft Sangean short wave antenna was impressive.I sent a few questions on whether I had the up to date software to the manufacture and got a quick helpful reply. I definitely wasn't expecting this level of support from an overseas brand. It's nice to find a company that stands behind their item.Overall, exceedingly recommended. I bought a separate solar charger allowing for more flexibility than a built in charger would offer. So much functionality packed into such a small package.

filtering for an X6200 radio
This radio is beautiful and solid. Even the back panel is attractive. This radio is a work of art. It screams craftsmanship. Sounds awesome. Hats off to a company run by engineers not cheap charlatans. I'm so employed to everything being budget-friendly junk buying this was actually an emotional experience to know quality is still available. I bought it since it is the only one I could find that resumes play after power outages and has line out seperate from headphone out. These requirements are had to have for my power return alert system.
