FAQs
How long does one disc last?
Each fragrance disc is designed to provide a consistent, pleasant scent for several uses. The exact duration depends on your personal preference for scent intensity and how frequently you use your towel warmer.
Why does my towel warmer smell bad?
Towels can sometimes develop a musty odor if they are not completely dry before being placed in the warmer. Using a fragrance disc helps neutralize these odors, but ensure your towels are laundered and dried thoroughly to prevent long-term buildup.

Are these fragrance discs authentic products?
Yes, these are 100 percent authentic products. Dropy India sources all beauty and personal care items directly from the USA to ensure our customers receive genuine, high-quality imports.
Can I use these in other towel warmer models?
These discs are primarily engineered for Keenray Towel Warmer Buckets and compatible symphony models. While they may physically fit other units, we recommend confirming compatibility with your specific device model before use.
