    The best lip liner that I've ever encountered!!It came off very creamy, gliding but after a few minutes it completely dried down and won't budge at all. I have shade Natural Rose and I like that it's bright pink, does not have the muted tone-downed prink base and it was perfect to cover dark lip liner. The pencil looks very high quality also.
