    This is THE BEST eyeliner if you want TRUE waterproof...contrary to some of the neg reviews!!

    If you need a LOWER LASH EYELINER that does not flake off or fade off, THIS IS IT. That is ME holding it in the photo.I have been DISGUSTED by every single eyeliner I've ever gotten for my lower lashes. I've tried those in little pots, all sorts of pencils, Revlon liquid with tiny brush, even a dry powder eyeliner--you name it. They ALWAYS had loss of the eyeliner by early afternoon. ALL of them. And I don't need that, as my eyes and lashes are pale and I need definitionI finally heard about this one: KIKO definition WATERPROOF eyeliner and started using it over a week ago. And it does NOT come off. It looks exactly the same before I go to bed. I am not exaggerating.And I just did a test. Three hours after I put Kiko on on my lower lash line, I took a shower to wash my hair. And when I got out, it was STILL THERE. You know what was under my eyes?? The pencil eyeliner that was on my upper lashes. NOT Kiko on my lower.So I strongly recommend it if you are also tired of eyeliners that say "water resistant" (hardly) or "waterproof" (not).Also note that I put it on very close to and hopefully "in" my lower lash line, and I have to wipe excess off with my fingers underneath to keep it thin. And it stains my fingers! Ha. So I use Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup remover on my fingers to get it right off. I also use the same thing to remove it at night. I soak a cotton pad, close my eye tight, and it comes off.I highly recommend if you want a TRUE WATERPROOF eyeliner.

    The best waterproof eyeliner I've ever used

    This is the best waterproof eyeliner I have ever used! This picture was taken after spending all day long in the ocean at the beach, followed by the pool, and finally, taking a shower. I've never found an eyeliner before that lasted so well in the ocean and pool. This will be the only eyeliner I use from now on.

    My absolute favorite eyeliner! Even Marathon Proof!

    This eyeliner is amazing. When that woman went viral for getting in a car crash and her Kat Von D eyeliner stayed on? Tried it--came off with just eyes watering from the wind. But THIS eyeliner stays on no matter how much I cry, sweat, and rub. I've ran multiple marathons and my eyeliner was still in tact afterwards (third pic for proof!). I can get it off no problem with makeup wipes or remover. I would say it is a bit harder to use than your typical felt tip, but once you get the hang of it, it creates much better wings and lines! This is better than all of the more expensive waterproof eyeliners I have tried and you just can't beat that price!
