FAQs
Is it good to have lumbar support for an office chair?
Yes, proper lumbar support is essential for maintaining the natural curve of your spine while sitting. It helps prevent slouching and significantly reduces the strain on your lower back muscles, which can otherwise lead to discomfort during long work hours.
Do lumbar support cushions really work?
Lumbar support cushions are effective for many people because they provide the structural support that standard chairs often lack. By filling the gap between your lower back and the chair, they help distribute weight more evenly and encourage better alignment.
