FAQs
How do you introduce a KONG toy to a senior dog who might be losing interest in toys?
Start by stuffing the toy with high-value, easily accessible treats like a splash of peanut butter or wet food near the opening. Praise your dog generously as they interact with it, showing them how the treats come out. Gradually make the puzzle more challenging as their interest and confidence return.
What makes the senior formula rubber different from other KONG toys?
The senior formula uses a unique, softer natural rubber blend specifically tailored for aging mouths. It is gentler on senior teeth and gums compared to the classic red or black rubber versions, ensuring comfortable chewing without causing dental strain.
Can you freeze this toy for long-lasting play?
