Description
The KSWLOR Heavy Duty Steel Beam Clamp and Heavy Bag Hanger provides a secure, drill-free mounting solution for boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and kickboxing punching bags. Engineered from high-strength solid steel with a durable black powder coat finish, this heavy bag mount resists rust, corrosion, and daily wear during intense combat sports training sessions.
Designed to clamp tightly onto overhead structural steel I-beams or H-beams, the hanger features an adjustable width setting ranging from 1.8 to 7.8 inches. With eight precision card slots on both sides and a maximum beam flange thickness capacity of 15 millimeters, it accommodates most standard structural steel beams without bending, slipping, or damaging the beam surface.
Equipped with a 304 stainless steel figure-of-eight ring and a detachable 360-degree swivel ring, this punching bag bracket allows smooth, full-circle bag rotation to prevent chain twisting during workouts. The heavy-duty M8 bolts and reinforced clamp mechanism support a weight capacity of up to 500 pounds, making it suitable for standard heavy bags, heavy teardrop bags, and swing equipment. Installation takes only minutes using the included hexagonal screws and nuts without requiring drilling into overhead structural beams.

surprisingly very sturdy
was skeptical about a clamp holding a heavy Muay Thai bag without sliding down, but the card slots and m8 bolts lock it down hard onto the metal beam. been using it daily for a month now and haven't had to retighten anything yet. totally worth it.
