FAQs
What is an amber night light?
An amber night light emits a specialized yellow-orange spectrum of light that completely excludes blue rays. This specific color temperature is designed to prevent melatonin suppression, helping your body relax and fall asleep more easily.
What color LED light is best for sleep?
Amber or warm red-toned LED lights are considered the best for sleep because they do not interfere with your circadian rhythm. Unlike white or blue lights, amber wavelengths signal your brain that it is time to rest.

The built-in photocell sensor detects ambient room lighting levels, automatically turning the night light on when the room gets dark and switching it off when ambient light returns.
