    A little goes a long way! Great to have during these winter months!

    This La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Gel B5 is nice! It's supposed to help protect and relieve areas with chapped, cracked skin and helps soothe a disrupted skin barrier. The tube has a skinny applicator but be careful, a lot comes out with a little squeeze and a little goes a LONG way!! It does have a weird scent to it at first, but once absorbed, the smell completely goes away and there is no lingering scent at all. I thankfully have not had any recent procedures or stitches etc, so I'm unsure how it works post-procedure or post-stitches, but I have lots of dry patches on my face due to this cold weather and my husbands hands are so dry and cracked from working outside. We both have been using it and it really helps both of our dry and cracked skin! It absorbs really nicely and doesn't take long to dry. We are excited to have this around for the winter! It definitely has helped us both a lot so far!

    Face Feels Nice After At Home Treatments

    Sometimes I use an at-home microneedling device (the automatic ones, not the rollers), and microdermabrasion, and I wanted something good for my skin afterwards. I feel this helps my skin look and feel less irritated, maybe even helping the recovery process. I can't truly say, but that's how it feels to me. It doesn't make my skin feel gross, like sticky or greasy. Make sure you use a little at a time when you apply it, and definitely don't waste it by applying too much. Since I only use this after something like one of the at-home treatments I mentioned, I feel it's a good value. I don't do those things too often, but I see myself grabbing another tube of this when I run out. Since we all have different skin, it might be better for some than others. Personally, I like it.

    My skin is obsessed

    This gel has completely healed my skin barrier, my face has never looked better, and bonus it has completely healed my severe sunburn with no peeling. I love the texture of this more than the balm. No stickiness, very moisturizing, no color or white cast so it works well under makeup and makes a nice primer. I wish it were bigger for the high price, because I would buy in bulk and use it everywhere if it were more affordable. My skin absolutely loves this stuff. :)
