How to use

Do not draw yourself into opinionated views
No offense to anyone but I find the above review is rather opinionated. I find the pen functions great and the customer who isn't so satisfied with it's function doesn't explain why. The function of this pen is very simple, you choose the ink color by turning the pen until the desired color is showing uppermost on the push-button (the tip of the pen with the clip) then click. I find that this design is very unique. The quality of this pen is outstanding built mostly of stainless steel and plastic at the tips so it can last a long time. Moreover, the Lamy Logo series won the red dot award for it's product design (search it up), so a lot of people admire this pen. From my experience so far with writing comfort, I quite don't like the grip because the rounded ridged rings are too high and I tend to grip my pens low. So overtime, the plastic tip feels slippery and the balance point feels more towards the center so I wouldn't recommend this pen for long writing sessions (Signo 207 pens are the best writing pens from my experience). Although as I said, writing comfort can vary for every user so if you don't like rubbery grips then you might like this one. Besides, think about the convenience of color choice you'd have with just this one pen rather than bringing separate pens of different colors each. That's one of the greatest things I love about this pen.

Basic diversity
I love it! It's a clean, simple and modern design and very user friendly. I love having the option to makes notes in red then sign in black. I changed out the blue ink with green for making comments so it stands out from everyone else's. I have an affinity for fine writing instruments at home but when I'm at work, this is my go-to and do-all pen.

Unique, High Caliber, Irreplaceable
This pen is the best one I have ever had made of metal. By turning the pen, it switches colors removing an outside mechanical component as well as offering three colors in such a small package. This pen is my new standard, but the factory ink is lower quality than many replacements available. After switching the ink, this pen is worth the price tag.
