  Great Hydrating Formula

  I've really been loving this before makeup. You can feel a big difference in hydration that is a bit sticky in a good way because makeup seems to melt with the moisturizer, making it all blend together seamlessly. This did have a very slight scent in the jar that disappeared quickly and did not irritate my eyes or skin. It is a thicker cream but absorbs well and leaves my skin ultra soft. For personal preference only, I prefer to use this during the day and under makeup, not at night because I prefer lighter formulas to sleep in. This has replaced my need for primer altogether so I think it's a good value for a quality cream that will last quite some time. I'd def repurchase this one.

  Peptides & Retinol to deal with your wrinkles.

  LANEIGE's Perfect Renew 3X Cream: Anti-Aging Cream for Visible Wrinkles & Firm Skin is the heaviest cream I've ever used. This cream has gravitas. It comes on strong, all confident, letting you know it means business--like it's saying "I'm gonna sit on your wrinkles and bring them to submission." Despite the rich, heavy texture, it absorbed well and continued to hydrate and moisturize. There's a subtle powdery scent, very subtle, but it's necessary for the child safety lid. You have to twist and pull up. It's probably required for certain active ingredients.

  Ceramide retinol cream

  I really like this LANEIGE ceramide retinoid cream. It does have a fragrance, which dissipates quickly enough for me. There is 50ml/ 1.69 oz of cream in this jar, which is a nice size. The safety seal on this was really sealed on tight, I had a hard time removing it, but I'm glad it was on so well. I use the aluminum foil-like seal to make a holster for the little plastic applicator paddle, since it doesn't have a home. I just set it on top of the lid and put it in my cabinet. I use the applicator to dab the cream onto my finger where I then dab it onto four points on my face, and then gently rub it in. I am not one to be able to notice changes in my skin after one use, and this is no exception. I do feel like my face feels smooth the next morning after I use this. I think this cream could be effective for me, as I'm over 50 and need some effective options in my toiletry cabinet.
