    Pleasant emergency device

I bought this to add to my 72-hour emergency kit.First off, the radio reception is super solid I was able to pick up AM/FM and weather stations clearly without a lot of static, even where other devices struggle. When I left the radio on at max volume along with both lights on high for an hour, it didn't lose a single charge bar on the indicator, which says a lot about the battery life.Battery & Charging:Fully charged it holds power really well and doesn't drain quickly like cheaper gear.Solar and hand-crank charging are nice to have, but the hand crank really is what it is - slow and low-output; expect to crank a lot before you see significant charge. The included cable and USB output mean you can charge phones or other devices in a pinch.Flashlight:The built-in flashlight is bright and reliable great for power outages, camping, or late-night emergencies.Build Quality:Feels decent for an emergency device not rugged-military strength, but sturdier than the cheapest combos you see on Dropy. I wouldn't throw it around, but it should survive normal drops and bumps.Overall:This is a solid multifunction emergency tool that's great for a kit or car glovebox. The radio reception and battery longevity are real strengths, and while the hand crank isn't something you'll want to use regularly, it does work in a pinch. For the price and features, I'd recommend it to anyone looking to boost their preparedness gear.Overall this is a dependable and versatile piece of gear for emergency kits, camping, or road trips. The radio reception and battery performance are real strengths. Just don't count on the hand crank as your primary power source unless you're prepared to put in a bit of work.

Superb when it is had to have

Let me start by saying that like many people, I sometimes don't get a product until after I find myself in a situation where said product could have come in handy. Recently where I live, we experienced a power outage between one day and 7 Days. I was amongst the people who was out of power for 3 Days. During those 3 days, life was a little inconvenient. Because of my situation, I need to stay connected to the outside world. Having a radio like this is wonderful because it will help. But added bonus of the solar charging is great so that if the juice runs out, you can get more thanks to good old regular sunlight. Although the flashlight won't do me any good personally, I am sure that for those with working eyeballs, it will be much appreciated. The fact that it has a battery bank for your phone is a plus but it is not the main reason why I purchased it. Personally, I think a dedicated battery Bank will do better for this situation. I also like the fact that it has an SOS siren. The thing is loud. Definitely works. All in all, I would say get it. Yes, there are other similar radios on the market with less features or that cost less. However, this one is made Solid, it is light, it is easy to use, and for those who don't have working eyeballs, it is completely tactile so a person who can see can use it even with their eyes closed.

    Buy!! Obtain!!Purchase!!! Superb Item

Great product!!! I have used it several times during emergencies. It has not disappointed. I was able to listen to the news on radio, charge my phone, and have light. Great solar powered, hand crank, or electric recharging. I let my generator handle the bigger jobs, but the convenience and quality is worth it. I recommend this product for every home. It is definitely great to have during disasters and power outages!!!!
