    White Chrome Powde - Pearl Effect Nail Powder I am excited to order this product. I am a beginner with home manicures. I like this product and it will be easy to use this powder. It will be easy to get some pretty effects with this powder. I can add this to different polishes and use with any gel polish. The product came in a sealed plastic bag. The powder canister is safety sealed inside the plastic container. The manufacturer has also included an expiration date on this product and that is very nice for my safety.
