Pleasant Shampoo and Conditioner
I initially thought that this stuff was going to have some very strong herbal or medicinal scent to it and I was concerned. However, it's not like that at all. The shampoo and has a very fresh mild lemony/mint scent that is not overpowering at all, but just smells nice. The shampoo itself has the thick jellier texture of more premium shampoos and it lathered up nicely. A little goes a long way. The conditioner had even less odor than the shampoo, I could barely smell anything, but it also was nice and left my hair soft. After trying this on myself, I feel perfectly comfortable with my kids using it. I cannot attest to its qualities in warding off lice, because there's thankfully no lice around that I'm aware of.

Lice Ladies is the best out there!
My two oldest children are prone to catching lice every year! This shampoo and conditioner set is used every time they shower and wash their hair. The scent is potent, but it's supposed to be because if you've done as much research on lice as I have, you know that they absolutely HATE the smell of peppermint, among other smells, but this is the prominent one in this specific set. Some other reviewers mentioned it being lab tested, well it has been, and Lice Ladies is one of the brands that is very well known in the Lice Community, do your research! I have no problem using this set on my children and it seems to be working very well thus far.

Smells nice and helps keep bugs away
I didn't get these for lice but just as a general bug repellant, and it works pretty decently for that! Most bugs don't like peppermint oil so I figured it would work for keeping things away.I did want to point out that this is for PREVENTING lice, so if you already have an infestation you'll need one of their other products.No sense in drawing out a review needlessly, so here are some quick bullet points:-comes with shampoo and conditioner-smells nice and very peppermint-y-easy to use, if you've ever washed your hair and used conditioner before? Lather up, wait a few minutes, rinse. Apply conditioner to wet hair, let sit for a few minutes, rinse out.-seems to help repel bugs that don't like peppermint, like lice, fleas, mosquitoes, etc.

A few months ago, one of our friends contacted us, warning us to check ourselves for lice. Apparently one of the children at a birthday party 'may' have lice. The significant other was at that party to help out, and of course to play with the kids. Being proactive, I went to get the appropriate treatment shampoo.Just hearing about the possibility of lice, my head was getting itchy! Yes, we did check each other's heads for any signs of lice. No signs, but just to be sure, I went to the local pharmacy. Yikes, they didn't have any. I went to two more stores, and they didn't have lice treatment shampoo. I went home, and we researched home remedies, and I ordered shampoo treatment online (thankfully, Dropy delivered it the next day). Thankfully, we didn't have any lice. Plus, it turns out that no one actually had lice. (The child had some allergic or dermatologic reaction, and not lice.)So, the new school year has started.
