    Great Travel Mirror!

    I purchased this lighted mirror recently for work travel and absolutely love it. No more battles with inconsistent hotel lighting. And with family, no more battles for bathroom time and mirror access. The mirror has three color temperature settings, each one dimmable, that light up both the normal and magnified sides of this dual-sided mirror. The magnifying side is great for perfecting eye makeup, especially if you wear glasses. It has a sturdy kickstand of decent height that allows you to use either side hands free. It folds flat and weighs about 15 ounces with the soft travel bag, cable, and some slim packing material I kept to protect the mirror from damage (see picture). The battery seems to be holding the charge well so far. I've not yet had to recharge. All in all, the mirror works well, is of good quality, and looks super cute when set up as a mini beauty station in a hotel room or at the dinner table. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would feel good gifting it to someone.

    Love this mirror!

    I was looking for a small mirror with magnification and a light. This mirror works great. I love that the stand can flip so you can use both sides of the mirror. The light has (3) options bright, and two slightly dimmer softer light. The case is just a soft bag but it keeps the mirror from getting scratched. It's a bit larger than I would like for travel and a little heavy but you could easily fit it in a carryon. It's very sturdy and well made. Perfect for what I need.

    Great Quality BUT not "travel mirror" NO PROTECTIVE CASE or other mechanism to secure for travel..

    LIKES: - Opening this mirror truly is a delight! The size, quality, shape, feel ... everything is so delightful to the senses. - Amazing design. Beautiful AND functional WINS every time for me! - The hinges are super strong and hold in position securely. - Light is BRIGHT enough for all your needs - Magnification is correct and clarity is flawless. - Stability: Despite the somewhat comparatively small surface area of the base, it is remarkably stable. NOT SO MUCH LIKING: - No protective travel case, or means of protecting the glass in a suitcase (maybe could use the original packaging foam?, or pack strategically and hope for the best with a towel or two) this detracts significantly from the appeal as a functional "travel mirror". - I've been using the functionally equivalent, but MUCH smaller 5" Simplehuman folding mirror for the past 10 years, and was looking for a larger replacement option, that 5" one came with a compact but VERY protective zippered case, so no anxiety, and not a scratch in 10+ years. (yes, admittedly that particular mirror has an insane price tag). I would LOVE that to have been the case for this travel mirror too. CONCLUSION: Overall, so long as you understand & are happy with there being no protection provided for the glass mirrors for during travel - It's truly a GREAT mirror in every other aspect, and highly recommend.

    Everything I didn't even know I needed

    This is the second travel mirror that I own. I bought the first one to take when I travel because I have stayed in too many hotels where the lighting in the bathroom was terrible and the mirror was far away so I couldn't even see what I was doing when I was applying my makeup. Also, I am getting older and my eyesight is not what it used to be. I wanted a well lit mirror and a magnifying mirror as well. Well, the first travel light up mirror I bought sucked. It was like a tri fold book shape that wouldn't really stand up, the light, even on the highest setting wasn't that bright, it was heavy and awkward and I was very unimpressed with it. This LitBear Travel Makeup Mirror however is everything I didn't know I even needed in a travel mirror. The packaging is cute, the mirror itself is cute, it comes with a pink velvet bag to store it in. The color in person for the bag and the mirror handle is a dusty, rose kind of pink. It's very feminine and pretty and though looks don't matter in how it functions, I love that it's appealing to look at as well as being useful. The mirror has a regular side, and you flip it over and there is a 10x magnifying side. Both sides have a light. The mirror itself is the perfect size. Not too big, not too small, it charges fast, the charge seems to last a long time and it has three different light settings you can choose between. You can also hold the power button and the light will dim or brighten. The light isn't super bright even on the highest setting, but it does the job. I love the magnifying side and use that the most to get those small hairs that you can't see in a regular mirror etc. I also love that you can set the mirror on the stand and adjust the angle multiple ways. That is an option I didn't even know I needed but it's super helpful. The stand doesn't take up a lot of space either so you could set this on the edge of a sink or something if you didn't have much room. You can also fold up the stand and hold the mirror by the handle if you want a close up view. Another option, I didn't know I needed. The mirror feels sturdy, but it's also light weight so it's not uncomfortable to hold for an extended time if you need to pluck your eyebrows or something. As I said, I originally ordered this to travel with, but I have found it so useful that it's worth the space on my bathroom counter full time.
