FAQs
Are pet travel crates airline approved?
Many hard-sided pet crates meet general airline specifications for cargo or in-cabin travel depending on the airline's specific dimensions. The LLGJ travel carrier features a secure construction that aligns with standard travel requirements, but it is always recommended to verify with your specific airline before flying.
What is the largest TSA approved dog carrier?
TSA does not approve specific sizes, as individual airlines set their own maximum dimensions for under-seat and cargo pet carriers. Hard-sided carriers measuring around 23 inches are typically accepted for checked pet travel, provided the animal can stand up and turn around comfortably.
Could you let me know if this carrier offers enough room for my pet to turn around comfortably?
This 23-inch carrier is optimized for extra-small and small dogs or cats weighing up to 20 pounds. To ensure a comfortable fit, measure your pet from the nose to the base of the tail and from the floor to the top of their head; they should be able to stand, turn, and lie down easily.
