a pack of 2 is a great value especially if you do your manicures often!
I think the application depends on the products you're using. I partially cure the clear gel and then add this powder but I think sometimes I'm curing too much and then other times not often enough. So user error seems high. I think I need more practice with this product. However you do get a lot of chrome powder and I think that's a good value!
