FAQs
How much weight should you use for sandbag training?
The ideal weight depends on your current fitness level and the specific exercise. Beginners should start with a lighter, manageable weight to focus on form, while advanced athletes can increase the load up to 150 pounds for high-intensity strength training.
What type of sand is best for these workout bags?
Dry play sand is highly recommended because it is clean, uniform, and flows well. Avoid using moist sand or irregular materials like large pebbles, which can cause unnecessary wear on the inner lining over time.
