How to use
- Reach over your head and gently pull up and back on the outer ear to straighten the ear canal.
- Push and twist the plug into the ear to form an airtight seal.
- Be careful not to push the plug in too far so that you are still able to easily grasp it with your thumb and forefinger.
- To remove, grasp the earplug stem and pull gently with a slow twisting motion.
