Description
The MAEELOU Bunny Comb Dematting and Detangler is a professional-grade grooming tool specifically engineered for small animals and long-haired pets with dense, dual-layered coats. Perfect for rabbits, Persian cats, and Maine Coon cats, this brush targets the thick undercoat where stubborn knots and painful mats frequently form. Featuring dual-sided stainless-steel teeth, the wide side gently detangles the top layers while the narrow side safely rakes out trapped dead fur from the undercoat.
This essential grooming action reduces shedding by up to 95 percent and prevents dangerous hairballs in small animals. The rounded blade tips ensure complete skin protection, gliding smoothly over delicate skin without scratching or causing discomfort. Equipped with a soft, anti-slip ergonomic handle, it provides pet parents with maximum control and comfort during long grooming sessions.
By slicing through mats cleanly instead of pulling, it eliminates dirt and moisture buildup to maintain healthy pet skin.

FAQs
Why do pets need a dedicated undercoat dematting comb?
Long-haired pets like Persians and rabbits have a dense, dual-layered coat where loose fur easily gets trapped. If left uncombed, this fur forms tight mats that trap dirt, cause pain, and lead to skin infections.
Will the stainless steel teeth scratch my pet's skin?
No, the teeth are designed with specialized rounded tips. This ensure the blades safely remove knots from the undercoat without scratching or irritating your pet's delicate skin.
How often should I use this detangling brush on my rabbit?
It is recommended to use the dematting comb at least once or twice a week. Regular grooming prevents dangerous hairballs and keeps the undercoat free from painful tangles.
