FAQs
Are sandbags good for workouts?
Yes, sandbags are excellent for functional strength training and conditioning. Because the weight inside shifts during movement, your muscles must work harder to stabilize, which builds core strength and improves balance better than static weights.
What materials can I use to fill the inner sandbags?
You can fill the inner bags with washed sand for a standard feel. Alternatively, for different weight densities, you may use gravel, pea gravel, dirt, or even small pebbles.
Is the outer bag waterproof?
Yes, the outer bag is constructed from 1000D waterproof polyester, which helps protect the internal filling from moisture and adds to the overall longevity of the equipment.
Is this product authentic?
Yes, all products sold on Dropy India are authentic, USA-imported goods. We source our inventory directly to ensure our customers receive genuine, high-quality fitness equipment.
Does the set include the sand?
