    Received a dirty used tool(edit update)

    I ordered this kit as a gift for myself for the holidays. I needed a solution to spending less on mani-pedi's & wanted my own kit as I am a germaphobe. That being said, I'm giving this 3 stars due to the dirty tool I received in my package. The cuticle clippers have gunk on them as though they were used and put back into its packaging and then sent to me. Kinda disappointing- everything else in the kit seems to be unused and brand new and even good quality! The tools themselves feel quite heftier than expected which is a good thing. But now I feel icked to use a product that seems to have been used prior to arriving to me.NEW UPDATE: the seller did eventually contact me back and I was able to replace the used cuticle clippers in this kit (the only problem I had with my original order). I truly appreciate the seller being very kind and contacting me back to fix the issue. I have since then used all the products (aside from the original clipper) in the kit and have loved all of them! The cuticle remover liquid works wonders! It softens your cuticles with ease making the entire process quicker and easier. The new clippers I received work great! I'm a 100% satisfied customer and would recommend this kit for your at home mani-pedi's. I might get a few more to gift friends and family!

    Convenient kit

    Having all your cuticle needs in one place is always a good idea. This kit does that . The cuticle softener is very mild so you may want to let it still for a minute or 2 before you move on to the next step. The small filer included is excellent 1 swipe and it leveled the burr on my nail. The scissors are sharp , precise and always needed. I personally prefer a cuticle oil that has more body but the included one isn't bad. There's no odor or oily feeling left afterwards. It's pricing seems to be similar to competitive products.
