- Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure under a UV lamp for 120 seconds or an LED lamp for 60 to 120 seconds. 3.
- Select the appropriate nail form size. 4.
- Apply a sufficient amount of poly gel to the form tip. 5.
- Dip your brush into a slip solution or 70 percent isopropyl alcohol to move and shape the gel evenly. 6.
- Place the form on your nail and cure under the lamp. 7.
- Remove the form and file your nails to the desired shape.
