I use this at night and it helps with moisturizing,dries quickly,brightens skin, and is soft creamy stick balm. Calms the appearance of lines puffiness under eyes. You can also use on lines around forehead and around the mouth.

Not suitable for older skin
I've used several Maree skin care products and thought I'd try this retinol balm. I read other reviews that mentioned it was harder than expected and I bought it anyway. It is a hard stick. I'm older and my skin is not as resilient. This doesn't slide or glide at all, it will drag or pull against my skin. If I try to use a lighter touch I get no product. If it was more like the texture of lipstick it would be perfect. It's hard like Chapstick brand lip balm. I still gave it 4 stars because I like Maree. It might be better for a younger face
